Most recently Ferrera served as Vice President of Analytic Consulting and Data Science at Blue Health Intelligence (BHI). Ferrera has a Master of Arts in Psychology, focusing on research methodology and statistics, from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brandeis University.
